Orthopedic insoles

Unfortunately, many adults and even young people suffer from foot-related problems. When pressure is not evenly distributed across the foot while walking or standing, it can lead to discomfort such as back, leg, or knee pain - and in some cases, even neck or headaches.

Orthopedic insoles provide support to the arch and midfoot, offering the right pressure points and ensuring an even distribution of weight while reducing impact. They also help relieve foot pain and reduce fatigue, keeping your feet comfortable for longer periods.

Did you know that orthopedic insoles help maintain proper posture, which in turn alleviates back, hip, and knee pain?

That means orthopedic insoles can directly improve your quality of life - in the best way possible. You no longer have to skip out on active time with family and friends; you can confidently take longer walks, hike up mountain trails, or enjoy a relaxing bike ride without discomfort.

Our orthopedic insoles are made from vegetable-tanned leather, creating a pleasant microclimate inside your shoes. Beneath the leather is a layer of latex infused with activated carbon, providing cushioning and preventing odour. Both three-quarter-length insoles - ideal for shoes with non-removable insoles - and full-length insoles — perfect for replacing existing ones - are available.

In most cases, our orthopedic insoles are sufficient to relieve discomfort. However, in more severe cases, custom-made orthopedic supports may be required - these are created based on a detailed foot examination. Therefore, if you have persistent issues, it’s recommended to start with a consultation with an orthopaedist and follow their guidance.
