TOKU Athens VEGAN

TOKU is now also VEGAN.

Vegan, i.e. non-animal skin, is made from various natural raw materials. One such alternative that has been developed for years is the “pineapple skin” or piñatex, made from the fibers of pineapple leaves.

The sandals are inspired by ancient Greek footwear. The strengths of the company’s two brands, OmaKing and TOKU, are combined. OmaKing’s outsole, tested for decades, and TOKU’s unique upper form a comfortable everyday sandal.

• The upper is made of piñatex or “pineapple skin”.
• The insole is anatomically supportive and covered with microfiber.
•  The outsole is made of flexible and durable polyurethane (PU), which does not stain the floors.
